General + Process

RescueLine provides a managed cellular replacement approach for select emergency calling lines that historically relied on POTS. We assess coverage, recommend a configuration, install professionally, and offer scheduled maintenance options.
We recommend starting with a site assessment first. Timing depends on coverage, line count, site access, and scope. We provide a recommended transition plan and timeline after assessment.
Most installs are straightforward once the plan is confirmed. Duration depends on line count, mounting needs, and site conditions. We verify dialing and voice quality as part of the install process.

Property name and address, what you’re replacing (elevator, Area of Refuge, pool phone, call box, or burglar alarm line), estimated line count, and your desired timeline. If you have existing phone numbers and demarc/closet locations, that helps too.

RescueLine is designed for commercial properties and life-safety compliance environments. We focus on commercial deployments.

Elevator Emergency Phones

In many cases, yes. Compatibility is site-dependent. We confirm during the site assessment.
Configurations can include backup power options intended to keep emergency dialing active during outages. Runtime is site-dependent and confirmed during assessment.
We do not claim 24/7 monitoring. We offer managed maintenance options with scheduled check-ins and service coordination.
Yes. Line count and configuration are determined during assessment.

Area of Refuge (AOR) Calling

AOR systems provide an emergency communication point for assisted rescue areas (often stairwells). Requirements and configurations can vary by site.
In many cases, yes. Site conditions and system requirements determine compatibility. We confirm during assessment.
Backup power options are available and are designed based on site needs. Runtime and configuration are site-dependent.
We do not issue third-party compliance certifications. We support inspection-ready deployment with documented installation and verification steps.

Emergency Pool Phones

In most cases, yes. We confirm compatibility during the site assessment.
Yes. Maintenance and check-in schedules can be planned around operating seasons (site-dependent).
Backup power options can be included to keep emergency dialing active during outages. Runtime is site-dependent.
Yes—commercial multi-family properties are a common fit. We confirm coverage and requirements during assessment.

Commercial Call Boxes

In many cases, yes. Outdoor installs depend on enclosure, power, signal conditions, and mounting.
Site-specific antenna planning may be recommended if signal conditions require it.
We do not perform trenching/conduit/civil work unless explicitly included in scope.

Burglar Alarm Lines

In many cases, yes. Compatibility depends on the alarm panel, communicator requirements, monitoring setup, and site conditions. We confirm fit during the site assessment.

Possibly. Some existing communicators may remain usable, while other sites may require coordination with the customer’s alarm vendor or updated equipment. We confirm requirements during assessment.

We do not provide burglar alarm monitoring service unless separately arranged through an approved third-party provider. RescueLine focuses on the communication pathway and site-dependent installation scope.

In many cases, yes. Coordination with your existing alarm vendor may be required to confirm panel settings, communicator compatibility, test procedures, and monitoring center requirements.

Backup power options can be included to support the communication pathway during outages. Runtime depends on configuration, equipment load, and site conditions.

Compliance + Documentation

We do not issue third-party compliance certifications. We support inspection-ready deployment with documented installation and verification steps.
Typical documentation can include installation photos, mounting notes, line mapping, and verification records (site-dependent).
No. Final code/inspection authority decisions remain with your AHJ/inspector.
It means the deployment is designed to be clear, well-documented, and professionally installed—so inspection conversations are simpler and risk is reduced.

Managed Maintenance (Scheduled)

We offer scheduled check-ins, service coordination if issues are reported, configuration validation, and documentation updates after service events (scope-dependent).
Maintenance is optional, but recommended for predictable readiness—especially for life-safety communication points.
We do not provide emergency dispatch services. Your emergency calling endpoints should be configured to dial the appropriate destination(s) as required by the site.
