We do not provide burglar alarm monitoring service unless separately arranged through an approved third-party provider. RescueLine focuses on the communication pathway and site-dependent installation scope.
In many cases, yes. Coordination with your existing alarm vendor may be required to confirm panel settings, communicator compatibility, test procedures, and monitoring center requirements.
Backup power options can be included to support the communication pathway during outages. Runtime depends on configuration, equipment load, and site conditions.
